Scope XTC Error when closing Cubase

My newly reformatted PC is encountering a Scope XTC alert window when I close Cubase. The message states “Please enter your hardware and software serial no”. This usually appears when closing Cubase but I can still use it without issues except when closing it. And also, the Scope is working properly. Do you have any idea on how to solve this?

Hello,

Are you using xtc mode, if not you could try this.  If you go into  Srt>Settings>Global and see if you have a X in the Enable VST Integration Mode (XTC). If you uncheck this and hopefully that should fix the issue for you.

Hope this works for you 🙂

Hey Emerald!

This looks like an installation problem to me.

If you're on XTC mode, go to Srt -> Settings -> Global. If the "Enable VST Integration Mode (XTC)" is checked, then please uncheck it. This should work.

Even if this doesn't help, I'd recommend you to reinstall the program.

All the best!

Cheers!
