Greeting to all. The error message of " No:9 – SYSTEM_FAILURE" is continuously showing while trying to open SAP.
We are heavily depends on this software. So you better understand, how critical situation it is.
I need urgent solution to come up from this obstacle.
If you know the solution please let me know.
Error: Error No:9 – SYSTEM_FAILURE
SAP :- No: 9 – SYSTEM FAILURE
Since I try to research the said Error: Error No: 9 – SYSTEM_FAILURE and I figure it out.
This error is being returned from the Client Access ODBC driver; you can try the following and contact Client Access if the problem persists.
Confirm that a successful connection can be made outside of Impromptu.
After that you can run an ODBC trace to trap the full error message.
Confirm that the Client Access being used is not the Client Access for DOS.
You may change the following line in the “ODBC.ini,” in the section for Client Access.
Restart Impromptu for this to take effect.

ODBC Remarks=0 ; *0=OS/400 object description, 1=SQL/400 object comment > change 0 to 1 in this line
Installing the latest Client Access ODBC driver may also resolve this problem.
