Hi there,

When I turned off my PC this error appeared suddenly. I click OK and nothing happens but it appears every time I want to turn off my PC. Any solution for this ? What it means and what is causing this error?

Thank you !

SAP Crystal Reports failing opening the Internet connection

I think it wants to connect to the server. If it always happens every time you shut down your computer, make sure you close the application before shutting down Microsoft Windows. If it doesn’t work and the error still appears every time the operating system is shutting down, try reinstalling the application. Uninstall SAP Crystal Reports, restart your computer, and then install it back.

See if this works. Also, if the program regularly requires an internet connection, make sure you have an active internet connection every time you use the computer. This way, the application has the freedom to access the server during startup and shut down. It may also help if you will update the program to the latest version. See if your license covers for an upgrade.
