Hi, I have just bought a Samsung U32D970Q – 32" 970 Series UHD Professional LED Monitor. Unfortunately I can't install it's driver in windows 7 Gamer edition. Every time I try to install it, it says- please insert disk correctly. Can anyone here please tell me what's going on with my printer driver?

If you are using the setup CD that ships with the LED monitor then it should work fine on Windows 7 because it is fully supported. If you receive the message “please insert disk correctly” when installing the driver, check your DVD drive. Try inserting a different disc and check if your computer can read it or access it properly.

Try cleaning the lens of your optical drive. Use the same CD cleaner that you use on your DVD player. It can also clean the lens of your DVD drive. The driver that supposedly should install the Samsung U32D970Q – 32" 970 Series UHD Professional LED monitor on your computer works on Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 8.1 both x86 and x64.

So, there’s no reason for the driver to not be installed on your computer because your operating system is supported. In case there is a problem with the CD or your computer has a hard time reading from your optical drive, download Samsung U32D970Q UHD Device Driver instead and then run it to install your monitor.
