The Samsung NetBooks Webcam software doesn’t work for me, the Web cam software is crashing while I am running video chat using Skype. The software crashes and also hangs up Skype. Is it the problem with Skype or the webcam software. It will be really helpful if you can help me with this.

   First of all if your software crashes you should try to check for updates for both the software.
If the problem still persists the try reinstalling the web-cam software, as Skype usually doesn't have problem like crashing when using web-cam.
If the problem still occurs then try reinstalling Skype.
If it still doesn't solve try using another webcam software. There are hundreds of free wares available.
Still the problem will be most probably solved when you reinstall web-cam software.
