I'm using the SIMS card of my younger brother. Obviously I can still receives messages from his friends. Instead of replying to their messages or answering their calls I would like to know where in Samsung Monte call SMS blocker are turned on? By the way my model is S5620.

I think you cant block call and SMS on Samsung Monte S 5620. My suggestion is that just buy a new sim so that you wouldn't receive calls and SMS from your younger brother's friends anymore. It wouldn't hurt you that much to buy a new sim do you? and you are now free from that unwanted text and calls from your younger brother's friend. Well just think about it though.

Your phone can't block incoming calls from a certain number. But you can automatically reject them.
1st thing to do is tap the menu, then settings, application settings, call, all call, tap auto reject, tap ON under Activation, Tap add number, then select the number you want to reject and tap done. hope this helps. thank you and god bless.
I’m not sure if there is a way to block text messages or SMS but some phones allow you to direct unwanted messages to a different folder. Like with my phone, Samsung Champ, it has a feature that allows you to forward unwanted text messages to the spam folder. When you forward text messages to this folder, you will not be notified that you receive a new message.
The message goes straight to the spam folder. This feature filters your messages just like with a normal email message. To forward or filter messages to the Spambox folder, open the message on your SMS inbox. Next, tap “More” or a similar option then select “Block by address”. This will add the phone number of the sender to the block list or the filter list.
Now, when that phone number sends you a message, it will go straight to the Spambox folder and you will not receive a notification that a new message has arrived. Notifications for new messages will still work for unfiltered numbers.
