Yes. There's actually a lot of features Samsung Galaxy S3 has that iPhone has not.

Galaxy S3 plays adobe flash and has free navigation software while iPhone has none. It can even be charged using a standard USB cable while iPhone cannot. It is enabled for wireless charging. It even has a removable battery and can be replaced if broken.

Apple Inc. will finally release iPhone 5 which will have major improvements from the previous model. It is expected to have a 4-inch-plus display, higher resolution "retina display", a bigger battery, a quad core processor and a new design.

Other features of Samsung Galaxy 3s that iPhone has not are the DLNA and near-field-communication (NFC). It has HDMI output which allows videos and movies be watched on a TV. The download speed is even 46% faster than the iPhone.

Samsung galaxy 3s has 0.5gb more RAM memory than iPhone. It has noticeably higher screen resolution and a bigger screen size.

Physically, Samsung galaxy 3s is a shade lighter and a little thinner than iPhone.
