Hello! Sean, If your Bluetooth is not working properly then there are two reasons for this. Whether it is:

  • Hardware Problem
  • Software Problem.

If it's a hardware problem then you have to check it with Samsung Care Support and you can replace your set if it is in warranty period. If it's a software problem then you can easily update your software through any Customer Support.

Hi Sean,

Try these steps to connect your Bluetooth headset to your mobile phone. – Check if the devices are compatible with each other. – Make sure the headset has enough power. Turn it on. – Check connectivity settings of the phone. Make sure Bluetooth Connectivity is visible. – Pair new Bluetooth device. Generally, a button must pressed (or held) on the headset to initialize the pairing process. You may need to check the headset manual. – Mobile phone will prompt you for a passcode. – Complete pairing process. Visit this : http://www.conniq.com/WinXPNetworking_Bluetooth_devices_pairing.htm
