Hi,

Good day! You can try a couple of troubleshooting steps that might help you resolve your issue.

Try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Press the menu and the power button and there should be an option to reboot your phone.

2. You can also try taking out the battery off from your phone, wait for 10seconds and put it back in

3. Try pressing volume down, home/ok button and power button and check if you can see the yellow triangle

4. If 1-3 troubleshooting steps did not work, try restoring your phone but just make sure you have available backup

Let me know if this helps! Cheers!

I think this is only an ordinary power problem on the Smartphone or maybe the device is having a hard time establishing a connection to the network. Normally when you turn on your Smartphone it immediately registers itself to the network therefore establishing a connection with your cellular network and then the device will have a signal reception. If after turning on your phone it got stuck on the logo then it’s possible that it keeps on trying to register to the network. But if it’s too long already then you should turn it off because it really won’t connect.

Next to try after turning it off is to remove its battery together with your SIM card. Leave it for about a minute or two before connecting the battery again but don’t insert the SIM card yet. This is just to see if your handset will start normally even without a SIM card. After that, turn on your phone and see if it’ll open. A perfectly working handset will open normally even without inserting a SIM card in it. If this happens on your phone then the problem is with your SIM card but this doesn’t mean that your SIM card is already broken.

The contacting surface of the SIM card simply needs a little cleaning. Lightly rub a clean cloth on the contacting surface of the SIM card. It would be better if the cloth is white so you can better see how dirty the surface of your SIM card is. This problem very often happens to me. After cleaning the whole surface of the SIM card that directly contacts to the phone, turn off your handset again and then detach its battery. Insert the SIM card and then re-attach the battery. Start your phone again then see it’ll open perfectly again. If it doesn’t then you might need to do a hard reset because the handset is already faulty.
