The software you are trying to install is for Nokia phones only, not Samsung. "Nokia PC Suite" is Nokia's proprietary software. What you need to install is Samsung KIES. You can find here Click it and it will download KIES. Install it and restart your PC.
After restart, connect your USB cable between your phone and your PC. Wait for a few seconds as it should install drivers.
Now launch KIES and manage your phone with it.
