Samsung BD-C6500 DVD Rom not appearing on explorer
Make an uninstall to your USB mass storage from Device Manager and install the last version of drivers but make sure that they are compatible with Windows 8.1. When you are uninstalling the USB Mass Storage make sure that all your devices USB are plugged out and also when you are making the install. Plug-in all your USB devices and they will make a new clean install.
To uninstall USB Mass Storage for Device Manager, type Device Manager in start menu. Search Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
Also make sure that your source power of the PC can support the voltage of your SATA DVD. To increase your voltage to your PC from source power search in BIOS settings. You have to be careful with these settings because it can make some damages.
