When I try to open the S14 application with "Continue with existing project" option, I get an “Out of Memory error” message. I receive the same error even if I choose the “New” option. How can I continue using the application without getting the error message? Do I need to make any settings change?

Users face out of memory error, when that application requires more memory to operate then you have, obviously you will be having the same problem.
There are two ways by which you can get rid from these type of error.
1. Increase your systems memory from operating system selection and system configuration.
2. Decrease the memory used by that application, if its possible, then you will get no error because the memory requirement by that application will be not much than your system.
Now it depends upon your system that which procedure you have to do. So try it and solve your problem.
