I have realized that my S voice recognition on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is crashing throughout, when I ask "what device are you on?" the software works fine, when I ask another question, the software crashes completely and I have to restart it again, what could be the problem? How do I get this feature working properly?
The application crashes only when there is some problem in coding, Might be the version problem, there might be one of the following reasons:
1) The version of the application might be not supported for the Samsung galaxy note.
2) You must download new version of the application or If the new update is not available then you must wait for it, or you can ask the developer for the problem.
This is not an issue with your Samsung galaxy note, this will be resolved with the new update hope so.
