Hello,
I am running Windows 7 Operating System and getting the following error message when trying to launch steam.
I am getting this error “Steam.exe (main exception): unable to load library steam.dll”.
Have any idea or suggestion?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This error is well known on several OS, not just Windows 7. I assume it came up right after Steam updated. The solution here is pretty easy. First of all Uninstall steam from Control Panel -> Uninstall a program. After you reinstall Steam check to see if the error still shows. Sometimes this may be a solution.
If you are still encountering this problem, go to C:Program Files(x86)Steam and locate ClientRegistry.blob. Delete the file, restart your PC and your Steam will work just fine.
