Running 120mm fans from a single 4-pin on the motherboard

I am trying to run two 120mm fans from one 4-pin motherboard connector. I wonder if this is fine or not. I am allowed to control profiles of fan speed in the BIOS so I can have run it quiet and cool. Will it draw too much current? If so, can I tap into the 4 pins that are unused from the CPU power cable?

Avery,
Power supported by fan connectors of motherboards depends on manufacturer design information.
Each fan port is already designed for a specific power consumption. In fact, fans do not demand too much power from the motherboard, but will be better if you check with your motherboard specs at the factory site to be sure that there will be no problem at all. Fans`s power is not more that hundreds of milliwatts
Yes, you can tap the second fan to one of the power supply connectors, no problem at all with that.

Hope this help

Best regards
