Hi!

I would just check here since I guess its not exactly normal.

The only problem I've been having lately is that this Message always appear.

RunDLL

There was a problem starting sfwarhaz.dll

The specified module could not be found.

RunDLL

There was a problem starting

C:UsersCallumAppDataLocalKBDGUR.dll

The specified module could not be found.

Pretty sure my computer can handle. I have the avg free version and I've ran a scan twice this week, both time it has picked up 3 or 4 threats and its says its moved them to the virus vault. Does this mean those threats are gone or what?.

Do I have to restore my computer?

The only problem I have with that is that I have 20GB of music stored on my laptop. So if I did do a full restore would there be anyway to restore but keep my music?

Also it has been quite hot lately.

Those message appear because those files might have been infected and when you ran AVG and it quarantined it, It became inaccessible so the programs that needs those to run can not find it thus the message.

If you are planning on using System restore to fix this, your 20GB of music files will not be deleted when you run system restore since system restore only affects installed programs, system registry and recent driver changes.

Keep in mind that when you use system restore, there is a probability that your infected files might get restored as well so run your anti virus after your system restore.
