This is a software issue, your software is not installed correctly or you have a corrupt installation file.

Also try to update your operating system with latest service packs, this can also be a compatibility issue.

Also try to reinstall this software after disabling your firewall and antivirus program. Antivirus can also be a cause for creating problems in running some software.

This can also be a programming error (VB error) which means that the software you are trying to use is not compatible with your operating system. Try to download the correct one.

Hello Harunkhan,

Thanks that you have shared your problem with us.

Dear this is a programming error.

It seems that the converter you are trying to install is not ok.  Maybe this package is corrupted or it is not compatible with your windows signature.

Kindly uninstall its components if you have installed. Restart your computer and install the updated version of it.

Kindly scan your computer for viruses, some times viruses harm your software and they generate such errors.

Try this one converter.

I’m not sure what kind of converter you are installing but that error indicates a problem with the program. Check the program’s system requirements again and verify that your computer meets those requirements. If this is not a problem, try to uninstall and reinstall. Download the free version of Revo Uninstaller and install.

Once installed, start Revo then select the affected program among the applications and click “Uninstall”. Follow the normal uninstall process. When uninstall is complete, click “Scan” to scan your computer for any leftover files and delete everything it finds. This removes everything the program created on your computer. When it is finished, exit Revo then install the program back or download the latest if you haven’t updated yet.

If the problem continues, download Format Factory instead.
