Hello

I have a laptop Samsung NP-r530 using Windows 7, which spread a cup of tea. Trying to get it to work again, I used to recovery solution from Samsung 4, to restore to the date of purchase. The laptop now works well except for some keys does not work.

Some other issues that I have is, it says no audio output device is not installed and my cyber link youcam built into the camera asks me to connect a device or make sure a device is turned on.

Kindly help.

Thanks in advance.

Happy that your entire laptop didn't get ruined. Once the hardware is safe, the rest should not be a problem.  You probably just need to install the device drivers for those two items, but if installing drivers doesn't make any difference, then maybe the electronic circuits for the sound & the webcamhave been damaged by the spilled liquid.

Try installing their drivers from here: Samsung drivers

Type NP-R530 where it says "Find your product by model number" then, from the three variants of that model, click on yours.

That will do the trick.

Hello good day…

You are lucky,  the spill did not destroy some important parts of your laptop. Its good if you can  try to open up your laptop to clean the insides.

The problem with the keys not working could be caused because of some lose contacts or dirt accumulated in the keyboard.
