After I installed a game on my PC and rebooted the system I got this error. I pressed OK and everything is fine. The problem is that I have this error every time I open my PC. I have copied the DLL in my Windows folder and still, I even uninstalled the game and still the error popped-up. What is this DLL error? How can I solve this? Thank you!
The following error occurred on the file ‘C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesHIMSA SharedNOALinjRS232_Drv.dll’.
The system cannot find the file specified.

RS232_Drv.dll could not be found error
The cause of this problem is an incomplete uninstallation process. There is a program marked to startup each time your computer boots up which looks for the RS232_Drv.dll but cannot find it. To fix this problem, do the following:
1. Click "Start", point to "Programs", point to "Accessories", point to "System Tools" and click "Scheduled Tasks".
2. A folder will open containing various icons. All of them are set to run when your computer starts, which would explain why you have the same error every time you restart the computer. Icons with the clock besides them are enabled. To disable them, right-click, select "Properties" and clear the checkbox marked "Enabled". Close this dialogue by clicking "Apply".
3. If this does not fix your problem, download, install and run Spybot Search&Destroy by clicking here.
It will show you all present startup items hidden in various places, as well as immunize your browser from hijacking attempts and intrusive cookies.
