Hello,

I upgraded to iOS 7 but I just realized that the new features in it are a bother to me. I have to struggle on doing easy tasks. Can I degrade it and go back to previous versions? How do I do that?

This is can actually be done. Follow the following steps:

1. The first step is to ensure you have the iTunes version 11.0.5 or older versions. If what you have is the latest, uninstall it first and ensure you remove all traces from the latest iTunes app like the Apple Software Update and Apple Mobile Device. If you encounter any error related to iTunes Music Library.xml while doing this, go to iTunes music folder to delete the file.

2. Download the latest version of iFaith as well as the iOS 6.1.3 firmware or 6.1.2 firmware.

3. Launch iFaith and then click "Build "*signed*IPSW w/Blobs." The custom firmware process will then begin. Select your SHSH blob when prompted. What will happen next is that an iOS 6 firmware file that you can download will be created for your Apple device.

4. As soon as the firmware is created, put your device into DFU mode. Launch iTunes, select your gadget and press the left SHIFT key while clicking Restore iPhone. Once this process is complete, you are now downgraded to iOS 6.1.x
