Hello! Mr. Paul. After comparing Samsung galaxy 3 and HTC tattoo, I conclude that galaxy 3 is better than tattoo in some aspects like:
1. It has Android 2.1 Operating System while in tattoo it's android 1.6.
2. Screen size of galaxy 3 is  3.2' while tattoo has 2.8.
3. Galaxy 3 has more pixels (146) than tattoo (143).
4. In Talk time hours, storage, CPU speed galaxy 3 is better than tattoo.
So, my opinion is that Samsung galaxy 3 is good choice for you and the price of this in Mumbai is about Rs. 8,000 but please check out various sites like ebay.in, snapdeal, etc.Â
