I can no longer see one of my VAX-based Apple Share servers when I upgraded the Apple talk Phase 2. Can anyone help me with this?

Like other desktop protocol apple talk support only split horizon process of RTM routing updates. The router automatically adjusts its encapsulation type of the appropriate protocol.

In apple talk pathworks only support phase 1 style NBP broadcast requests. However, you may fix your problem by following:

–          You have to upgrade the Pathwork software as well.

–           Use the proxy-NBL feature the software version is 8.3 or above.

After completing the above task, you must restart your computer and install a fresh copy of apple talk with updated version.
