Restricted database values already changed or still be the same?

In order for me to test my conversion project, I have to determine whether the restructured database values already changed or still the same as the old one. To do so, I will need a tool that will help me contrast two row values that are in the same table.

No you don't need a tool, you just simply need a storage box or something that can hold the data of what you will convert or the value that will convert it. It is pretty easy and I can teach you that as long as you provide me with the programming language that you are using. You can also use an array if you are not comfortable with tables. It is same in structure but the thing is that, you can actually save the data in a table in an array, once you terminate the program, some of the values will be reset or might be deleted.

You just need to give the programming language that you will use and I give you an answer to that.
