Hi there. I'm setting up the remote access VPN, but I am unable to connect and log in to the server.
While using the AnyConnect client, after configuration of IP address and port number and entering my credentials, I see the message as follows.
AnyConnect is not enabled on the VPN server How can I eliminate the error? Kindly help.
Resolving error: AnyConnect is not enabled on the VPN server
The error appears when the user is connecting to a group policy which doesn’t have the protocols defined. Look up the policy that is being connected by the user. Logs would be handy for that purpose.
Now, verify if the configuration of VPN tunnel protocol is done.
