Data.cab file is corrupted error message is coming, while installing oracle 10g software in windows 7 premium operating system.

Hi,
To resolve that issue, you will need to try the following:
- First, try copying the CD contents to the hard disk and then installing from there.
- In case the error still persists, you will need to use the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to remove any previous install of the application and then reinstall.

Hi,
You may want to try to use another setup installer as the one you are currently might be the one which is corrupt. If you had installed the program previously, you may want to clear the registry and any temporary files in your computer.
Use CCleaner software to do this. It is stable and also intelligent and does not corrupt your registry.
After the cleanup, install the software with a new fresh installer.
