Reset Restrictions password without erasing the Data on iPad?

I had put Restrictions lock and I disabled Deleting Apps option from restrictions but now, the scenario is, I have forgotten the Restrictions Password and I want to delete the apps. I can't delete the apps until I enable this option from Settings->General->Restrictions and set Restrictions to OFF. But I forgot Restrictions Password. So, please suggest a way to reset its password without erasing and losing my iPad's data.

I guess in this situation you need to restore your device as New using Recovery Mode so you can remove the Restrictions passcode. One thing about the passcode is that, when you entered the wrong passcode 6 times in a row, you will be locked out of your device. Meaning, the device is now disabled and you can no longer use it. See image.

To enter your iPad into Recovery Mode, turn off your device. Connect your iPad to your computer using the USB cable. Press and hold the Home button on your iPad as you connect it to your computer. Continue holding on the Home button until the “Connect to iTunes” screen appears. See image.

When the screen appears release the Home button. iTunes will automatically open once the device is connected. iTunes will prompt you with a dialog box saying that it has detected an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in recovery mode. See image.

Follow the normal process of restoring your device and when you reach the part where you need to select from the restore options [as New or from Backup], make sure to select New.
