I was very satisfied my device was working efficiently.
Ah just I received this message and everything just seems to be damaged.

You try to complete the following steps, this helped people with the same problem. First of all, want to say this error appears when some scan related files are not installed properly.
Close HP Solution center and then follow these steps.
Insert the printer CD into CD-ROM and open Computer. Right click on CD-ROM drive and open the CD contents by selecting Explore.
If you haven't CD but downloaded the software and installed, then click on Start button (in the left corner of your computer screen). Here, go to Search and type %temp% and press Enter key on your keyboard. This step will open TEMP folder.
You need to open the Setup folder and open Scan folder. Here, right click with your mouse on scan file (windows installer package). Click on the repair and if some error appears, right click on the file and select Install.
Then you need to go back to Setup folder and open bpd_scan. Right click on bpd_scan file (windows installer package) and click on Repair. Here also if any error appears to do the same as before – right click on the file, select Install.
Back to Setup folder, open destinations folder and repair the same process as before. Maybe one or more folders may not be present but it's not a problem.
In the end, restart your computer and check if it works. Hope it will work. If there are problems still you can ask our team.
