I have LG-1717s LCD monitor, I couldn't replace its bracket, I tried to pull and make it move and I have opened all bolts.
Unfortunately I lost the manual book. Here is the picture:

Mostly all of the LCD monitors available on the market comes with same model of bracket and manual of LCD monitor for repairing its bracket. For the manual book, LG website does provide it for free in two languages. The link for English manual for LG 1717S LCD monitor is : http://www.lg.com/us/support-product/lg-L1717S-SN. Unfortunately you need djvu reader for you to read it, you can download djvu reader for free from here : http://www.caminova.net/en/downloads/download.aspx?id=1.
If you still not able to fix it, go to your nearest service center for LG products and get it fixed. Hope this solves your problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
