Does anyone know why is it that whenever I renew expired Lotus notes sent via email instead of it going to the Sent folder it appears in the All Documents? This situation happens to all sent emails. A check on the server and local copy returned the same error. There are a number of things I have done to correct this situation but all have failed.

Hi , Malcdavid hope the following steps will guide you in fixing of this issue.:
–>Addressing the issue that is encountered can be fixed by Creating a new agent called centrecall and then later create a formula
Field which is said to be as " EXCLUDEFROMVIEW:[email protected]
" after that access all the documents and then select the email that is affected and run that agent.
–>Another way is that View index may be corrupted so it only displays in one place but not the other and then follow a CTRL + SHIFT+ F9 after pressing have a glance at it then open the e-mail in which you see in All Documents.
–>keep it in the edit mode and add a space finally delete it and then save it.
