Hello!

Can you help me resolve my problem with Android? I am trying to remove some applications but it doesn’t show any option or button to remove it. I can remove the other application but there are applications that doesn’t provide options to delete or uninstall it. Can you provide me resolution for this problem? Can you give me alternative ways to resolve this? Can you provide me sites or software that can help me resolve this problem? Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi Edith,

I hope you're having a nice day :), I am afraid that you're trying to remove stock apps and some bloat ware that companies and network providers put on phone by default, Such apps can't be removed by simple delete, you have one of two options,either reflash your device with stock android which has no bloat ware, or you can root your device, i think you should keep these files, Reflashing or rooting your device may brick it.
