You can solve this problem by making your pendrive bootable using the command prompt. To do this, follow these steps:

First, Open the command prompt.
Then write Diskpart on command prompt and then press enter.
Then, write List Disk on it and then press enter.
Then, name all disks in the computer will appear. And a number is assigned to each disk for identifying.
Now write 'select disk name' which is for USB drive. And it will notify you that the disk is selected.
Now, write Clean and then press enter. And it will remove this disk from the drive letter of USB.
Then write 'create partition primary', then press enter.
Then, write partition 1, then press enter.
Then, write active, then press enter.
Then, write assign, then press enter.
Then, write detail disk, then press enter to see drive letter on the column "LTR".
Write exit, then press enter.

Hopefully, this answer is helpful, easier and clearer steps to fix the problem.

This error occurs when there are no boot files in your start device like floppy disks, CD ROM, Hard disk etc.

Resolution

To tackle this issue follow any of the following

Remove the disk (non-system disk) from your drives, i.e., CD ROM drive or Floppy Drive

It is asking you to remove from a drive, a DVD/CD or a USB device because it is not finding a bootable image in the desired media. Remove and restart by pressing any key. Now make your Hard drive, the first boot device by entering the BIOS.
