When I want to start Remote Support Software Manager I stuck with an error related with my country or region.
Does anyone have any experience about this error?
I have download a tonne from other products instead of downloading RSSWM.
Is it responsible for this error?

ERROR: Your country/region is not set. You must configure Remote Support Software Manager before you can use the product.
Please perform configuration using the RSSWM configuration shortcut (typically "All Programs – Hewlett-Packard – Remote Support Software Manager – Configure Remote Support Software Manager"). Exiting the program now.
Remote Support Software Manager problem.
Maybe the program really requires you to set your country or region. If you will view it, the error you see on your screen has a point.
Since you are doing a remote connection, this means that you’ll be connecting to a computer from a totally different location that’s why the software requires you to set your country so the application will know where the connection is initiated and also to verify its destination.
Just try configuring the program using the RSSWM which is clearly stated in the image of the dialog box you posted. Set your country or region in the program then try starting the application again and see if this fixes the problem.
