Hi,

I received an awful error message on my Windows. The screenshot of the error message is as under.

It is showing that Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Service has terminated. Have you any idea for RPC?

I am receiving the error message frequently now. Please help me to solve the problem.

Your computer should be infected with the Blaster Worm. You can find more information about the worm at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blaster_(computer_worm).

Try Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool for the solution. Restart your computer. Make sure to disconnect it from the internet and log in with an Administrator account. You can then use Windows Explorer to find C:WINDOWSSystem32MRT.exe

You can also get a fresh copy of this tool from a Windows installed on another computer inside the path specified above.
