Yes, it is possible to log out of your Facebook account away from your laptop or any other device using just your iPhone.
Here are the steps:
1. Login to your Facebook account via Safari, do not use your Facebook Application for iPhone.
2. Check: Did it open Facebook for Mobile (default, with minimal features) or Desktop View?
3. If it is Facebook for Mobile select More from the upper right corner of the screen and Select Desktop Site from the drop down menu; Else, continue with #4
4. Select Account (from the upper right corner of your Facebook profile), then select Account Settings
5. From the left side menu, Select Security
6. Locate Active Sessions, and select Edit
7. You will see all active sessions using your account
8. To close an active session, or any unrecognizable sessions, simply select End Activity, and you will be logged out from this device.
