Regsvr 32 module error occurred

Hi Pro,

I have some problem in the computer; I am not able to browse with Internet Explorer. When I try to run the Regsvr32 command, I get this error message. I tried it several times; I even reboot the system but no luck. I have logged in has administrator, but still I am getting this error message. How can I solve this error? Please support me, thanks. Thanks in advance.

The module “C:UserssOliverDownl…VistaFolderBackground.dll” was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80070005

Assuming that you are using Windows 7, you may try the steps to register a DLL. Click the Start Button, type CMD in the search box but do not press Enter yet. CMD will be shown under the Program list. Right click on CMD and select ‘Run as Administrator’. Now run your command regsvr32 and this time it should work.

For other windows version you can follow similar approach to invoke the DOS screen.
