I want to modify some registry on my PC using a Registry Editor and I got this error from one of them. I cannot edit some values and I kind need these values modified. Any solution for my problem ? How can I solve this error please ?

If you try to edit the value of a key that is linked to this program, you will encounter a similar error. To fix the problem, try to disable Microsoft Antimalware for Azure first. Once it is disabled, try to modify the keys you want to change. Also, make sure you are using an admin account. If this doesn’t work, use the System File Checker utility.
Press the Windows key + R to bring up the “Run” dialog then type without quotes “sfc /scannow” then hit Enter. Insert your Windows installation CD or DVD when you are prompted then continue. Wait until it is complete. When it is finished, restart the computer.
