Registration error shown and registration got denied

Hi,

Why am I getting the following error message during the registration and the unknown error displays. What is the cause of this annoying error message? I have used many ways to resolve this error but unable to fix it. So you have any idea to resolve this matter? Any idea would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Resolution 1:

One of the causes of that problem is corrupt software. You uninstall it from your computer and then reinstall it.

Resolution 2:

You might also be using a wrong username during the registration of the program. You will therefore need to retry The registration with the correct username.
