We have regular practice to make refresh when we use mouse.Is it true that practicing refresh can increase computer performance?

It is true that refreshing regularly increases your computer's performance.
In fact , your computer has a lot of capacitors and transistors.
As you know,capacitors can store electric charges.
When we apply the refresh command, the capacitor discharges the electric current, and it increases performance. Refreshing is for a computer what a bath is for a human.
