Until now, I still get the error message that says that the destination volume is full. Even after removing the two applications, I still get this error message: “This software cannot be deleted.” Is it okay to just reformat the destination drives and redo everything? Any advice will be appreciated?

What you actually want to do? Reformat the hard disk or just want to delete the software that is causing the error  "this software cannot be deleted?"

In the first case you can just reformat the hard disk and all these errors will be gone. But if you want to keep all other softwares intact and just want to delete few that are not getting deleted due to this error. Download a software called unlocker from the internet.

Actually what is happening here is there is something that is using the software or software has attached itself to something important and it is not letting you delete it. The unlocker removes all such connections and after that you can just delete it without any hesitation.
