I use A1Click Ultra PC Cleaner. Every time I run the program, it finds two items that cannot be deleted like the others.
C:DocumentsadminLocalsTempTemporary Internet Files
They are taking up 0 bytes. Using the references given, I cannot find them on this hard drive.
How do I remove them permanently from my hard disc?
References are hidden from PC cleaner
First of all, you can delete this folder. But when there are temporary files, Windows will create this folder automatically.
If you want to view these folders, you must:
Open Drive C:
Click tools and browse folder Options.
In View Tab, Browse for "Hidden Files and Folders" and check Show Hidden folders, files, and drives.
In View Tab, Find Hide protected Operating system files and uncheck the checkbox. If it asks, 'are you sure you want to display this files?', Just answer Yes.
Go to Drive C: Documents and Settings>Admin/ and you will find the locals folder. You can manually delete the contents of temp folder.
