I am getting the error message from teletrik Redcontrols.

How can i fix this problem?

please give me the solution.

 

Telerik Redcontrols for ASP.nET Ajax Q1 2011…

There is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.

The probable cause of error to your software is that your file is corrupted and the software is not compatible to your system. The solution to this problem is download the other software or better version that is compatible to your system and install the .net framework to your system because telerik radcontrol is needed to run this. Hello Amy,

The error that you are getting can occur if you are trying to install from an MSI file that is corrupted. Use the follow steps to resolve it:

You will need to delete all temporary files.

  • First, you will need to restart the computer.
  • And then click Start > Programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer, or you can just double-click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
  • After that click anywhere in the Address bar to select it.
  • And then type the following and then press Enter: %temp%
  • The Temp folder for the currently logged-on will show.
  • You can choose to safely delete the contents. But if you are not sure, you can go ahead and copy any files or folders to a different location.
  • After that restart the computer and log in as the Administrator.
  • And then try the install process again.
