Hello,

I want to restore mailbox data from a recovery database in Exchange 2010 SP1 and this is the error that I got. I have followed all the steps from the Help file and it seems I cannot make it. Can anyone help me please to make a proper recovery ? What step did I miss ?

Hello Kristopher,

You have received this error because only one RDB can be mounted at any given time.

The overwrite option should be give to do a restore.

If one tried to do recovery of the same RDB you would get this kind of an error.

The quickest way to find solutions to such problems is to search Microsoft Technet blogs.
