Record Music Without Sound Card?

If you have laptop then you can easily start recording without any other equipment or devices. But if you have a desktop which does not have a speaker then you need to buy a microphone. There are so many headphones in the market which have the microphone included. You can buy any one like this and connect that to the CPU. 

 

Then in windows search for sound recorder. Once you will get the sound recorder search result click on it. You will get the option to start the recording. Click on start recording then it will start to record sound around the microphone.

 

You can record the sound this way but as you want to record music for your band so it requires professional quality volume. I will suggest you to buy a very good recorder from market which is specially made for music recording. Using the computer you can record the song but it will not be good quality song recording.
