I have Real Player 10.5 in my computer and every time I run the program an error message appears,
The program has crashed. If you close the program, you might lose information
However, the program still runs if I ignore the error message that appeared. I have updated to a newer version, but I’m still getting the error message.

The best way to solve this problem .you need to Uninstall this software completely after that process
install the upgraded version of real player for windows 7 and windows xp as you use  this time in your computer.
also you have to check that the on how to change my settings for windows xp sp2 for real player,So it will work then install your software according to that .might it will help you.

You can click on ctrl+alt+del then on start task manager, after check for the processes of RealPlayer and close them. Then run the program again. If the error message still appears, delete the installation of the software, and reinstall it from the beguiling by upgrading the version of your RealPlayer (Windows 7 or XP, depends on the version you have).
