I know what Drupal theme you're talking about, and I have to say it's an excellent choice of theme for RealEstates. However, there is no theme that will give you 3D preview option out of the box as that is part of the content on your website and not the part of the template.

There are several ways of placing 3D preview on your website. First of all, you should decide on the technology you will use. You can go to 3D modeling using Silverlight or Unity, you can create a simple video that will be embedded on your site showing the house from all the angles, or you can do some panoramic views around the houses.Â

Your decision should be based on the money and time you'd like to spend on developing the website and the server configuration.
3D models require quite a lot of resources so you can expect greater hosting costs and will take you plenty of time but will give your website professional look that will most likely pay off. Panoramic pictures are the easiest and creating movies is somewhere in the middle and probably the best solution for content that needs to be generated quickly and often.
