You can not mentioned that, what types of error message you have to face. Is it a error message like “connection timed out”? However, here I suggest something that may be gives you a way. If you got the error I mentioned, you can follow the tips given below-

Basically connection timed out means there no response was received from the specified IP address. It probably occurred for your router and firewall system configuration. If you are running any types of firewall on your VNC server, you have to make it disable it for relief. If you don’t, then reconfigure the firewalls settings so that it can allow the net access.

Now you have to check out your port forwarding rules. It does ensure it that you are forwarding the port to the correct internal IP address.

In this step, you have to check that also you enter the router’s external IP address when you connecting your server with VNC.

You can now check your accessibility to the server.

Highly suggest you to visit the site also- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RealVNC and https://wenku.baidu.com/

Thanks.
