Hi,

I have DVD Fab and it was working very well but now first time I got an error message when I played the DVD from the drive and tried to back it up it started the scan and displayed this following error message. I tried all the below Retry, Abort, Ignore and Ignore All options but the same error appeared with the same process of the scan. Can I get resolution if you have any idea about this issue? I would be grateful to you. Thanks in advance.

Error is self explanatory; contents of the disc are not being read by the drive.
Some other measures which can be taken, are described below:

1. Try cleaning the disc(with soft cloth) and the drive's head with a good disk cleaner. Always use a lint-free cloth and start wiping from the Centre to outwards.
2. There can also be defect on the new disc.
3. From common settings window click read, select ignore all the reading errors automatically. Try again if it works.
4. Then go to common settings/pathplayer panel, deactivate pathplayer to copy this DVD again to see if this works.
