Hi everyone,
I wish to ask about types of medication errors in brief. If anybody is having any clue regarding this, then please explain it in reply.
Thank you in advance.

There are 4 types of errors related to medication.
Knowledge-based errors—for e.g. providing penicillin, without knowing whether the patient is allergic or not.
Rule-based errors—such as, injecting diclofenac tube into the lateral thigh of the patient rather than the buttock.
Action-based errors—e.g. choosing a bottle containing diazepam from the pharmacy when needed to take one having diltiazem.
Memory-based errors—like, providing penicillin, knowing the patient to be allergic, but still forgetting this fact.
