I wish to learn about the microsoft bing translator and how it works. I have read it somewhere, but I have no idea about using the same.

Microsoft Bing Translator offers text and speech translation as well through a cloud API. The service for text translation ranges from a free tier which supports 2 million characters per month to the paid tiers which support billions of characters per month.
Just enter the text in the first column and then choose the language in which you wish to translate the text.
