Randomly got error message while using Mac Mail

I have been using Mac Mail program for several months now when randomly I got this error message; see below.

Unable to Connect

There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account " " or try again.

The server returned the error: account exceeded bandwidth limits. (Failure)

I haven’t done any changes or revisions in the configuration with the mail program or with my GMAIL account.  You see, my iPod can still access my GMAIL account so I don't know what to do next to resolve the issue.

Please help me.

Hi friend,

This error shows there may be problem to connect with mail server. “Account exceeded bandwidth limits. (Failure)” this means it can’t access your mail account. To solve this problem you have to take cares three features.

1.       You have to make sure that your ESP’s mail server is up and running properly. If it is not then taking necessary steps for run mail server first.

2.       May be you are trying to access your mail server with incorrect password. So check your password perfectly.

3.       May be the option of sending and receiving email from that server is disable. So check this out and enable this option.
